World Hijab Day

The World Hijab Day is celebrated annually on 1^st February, whose primary purpose is to offer awareness, education and empowerment and through this, hopefully, reduce discrimination and prejudice against women who choose to wear the head covering. We are looking to fully celebrate this unique occasion and are asking everyone to participate and to show your support to all women (and men) having the freedom of choice as to what they wish to wear. GainHope will be looking to support your efforts through by a national campaign, as it currently does, for example, for National Mosque Open Day and Unity Iftaar.
